Aristide says he was kidnapped by the US and taken to the Central African Republic. The administration claims he requested to be moved.

For any other administration I would find the allegations silly. For this one, with a history of arrogance regarding other countries and their leaders, it sounds all too likely. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. If the Bush administration can get away with driving the country into incredible debt, killing approximately 550 americans and countless iraqis in an illegal and unnecessary war, lying about the presidents history, as well as the justification for the war, illegal spying on the Secretary General of the United Nations, and countless other misuses of power, I doubt that kidnapping one third world leader will cause the administration much harm.

Too bad Bush didn’t have an affair with an intern. That’s immoral, and lying about your sex life is grounds for impeachment.
